Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND REFUND/RETURN POLICY

 Effective, July 2018

 PVI, LLC ("we," "us," "our") guarantees your satisfaction of our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, and contact us within the guidelines listed below, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any taxes and shipping charges which are not refundable.

Essentially, you have TEN (10) consecutive calendar days from the date of purchase to try the product and decide if the item is right for you.

Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any order of less than 30 foil packs. (i.e. 10-Pack Trial, 10-Day Challenge, etc.)

 Contacting us within 10 calendar days

Customer must contact us, via email, to request a return of the product and ask for a refund within Ten (10) calendar days of your initial purchase (follow-on purchases within such timeframe are not subject to the 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy) we will refund 100% of your initial purchase price (less taxes and shipping, if any, which are not refundable) once the product is received back at our warehouse.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not be charged a re-stocking fee. In the event the customer is on the auto-replenishment program, we will also cancel their monthly auto-replenishment service moving forward.  Contacting us after 10 calendar days

If the customer contacts us via email at Info@Shopnutrepro.com more than Ten (10) calendar days after the date of initial purchase, the product belongs to the purchaser, but we will cancel their monthly auto-replenishment service moving forward. Processing of refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the initial purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Once we receive the return product, we will send confirmation via email, to the customer’s email of record, acknowledging that the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to be reflected in the account refunded. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card statement.

Order cancellation

The customer has the option at any time to cancel their monthly auto-replenishment service. If the customer’s cancellation notification is received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to their auto-payment processing date, product will not ship for that upcoming month and we will cancel their monthly auto-replenishment service moving forward.  If cancellation notification is received but misses the cancellation window for that month, the customer will be charged and product shipped, but we will cancel their monthly auto-replenishment service moving forward.

AUTO REPLENISHMENT CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN THE FIRST 90 DAYS:

If Auto-Replenishment Program is cancelled within 90 days of initial sign up, the customer will be automatically charged the difference in their Special Auto-Replenishment Program price and the regular MSRP (60-Count $167.99 and 30-Count $89.99) for up to the first three (3) orders, depending on how many orders they were shipped, as a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs after the first 90 days of service the customer will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.

PVI reserves the right to end all promotional offers without notification.
