Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES
Effective, July 2017
PVI, LLC ("we," "us," "our") guarantees your satisfaction of our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, and contact us within the guidelines listed below, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any taxes and shipping charges which are not refundable.
Essentially, you have Fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days from the date of purchase to try the product and decide if the item is right for you.
Contacting us within 15 calendar days
If you contact us via telephone at 1-800-983-9117 or by email at Refunds@Nutrepronow.com about a return of the product and ask for a refund within Fifteen (15) calendar days of your initial purchase (follow-on purchases within such timeframe are not subject to the 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy) we will refund 100% of your initial purchase price (less taxes and shipping, if any, which are not refundable) once the product is received back at our warehouse.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us, but there will not be any re-stocking fee charged to you. In the event you are on auto-ship and the auto ship feature was requested at the same time as the initial purchase, we will also cancel your monthly auto-ship service moving forward and move you to a "no further contact" list.
Contacting us after 15 calendar days
If you contact us via telephone at 1-800-983-9117 or by email at Refunds@Nutrepronow.com more than Fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of initial purchase, the product belongs to the purchaser, but we will cancel your monthly auto-ship service moving forward, and add you to our "no further contact" list.
Processing of refunds
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the initial purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The customer has the option at any time to cancel their monthly auto-ship service. If you should cancel at least seven (7) calendar days prior to your auto-payment processing date, we will not ship for that upcoming month, we will cancel your monthly auto-ship service moving forward, and we will add you to our "no further contact" list. If you cancel but miss the cancellation window for that month, you will be billed and product shipped, but we will cancel your monthly auto-ship service moving forward, and add you to our "no further contact" list.
